In the apartment "Lifestyle": 85qm, under-floor heating, 2 bedrooms, 50qm living kitchen with satellite  television (34inch=81cm), bath with toilett wash basin, shower and warm water. View from the Apartment to the sea, the pool, the palms and the garden.

Average daytime temperatures between 14 and 22 degrees. Away of cold weather, rain and the grey sky. You will breathe clean sea air, bathe under blue sky in the sun with the face of the sea. Many winter guests become browner in February, as we in the entire summer.

For humans over 60 years the Greek winter is ideal for regeneration and is no physical load at all. With us you are in free nature and can walk along the sea for hours without meeting somebody.

Over dunes, on ways between fields, in forests and on mountains. Many guests go bathing also in February in the sea (water temperature: 16Grad).

Despite the peace you are in 5 minutes in Zacharo, and in 10 minutes with the car in Kiparessia (hospital), see Topical.

 

The Greek way of life will inspire you and will leave the stress, the hecticness and let forget the problems of the daily life, will regenerate your nerves and will give you new vitality.

To the costs: At your home you will save electricity, heating and water. The food and the restaurants here are cheaper. The vegetable is freshly, nutritious and incomparably more tasteful.

How do you come to us? There are from many airports flights to Athens from 50€ till 110€ per person . At the airport in Athens you rent for 18,00 € per day a car and drive yourselve  3 hours to us, see also point: Travel
