The Apartment includes:

(55 m2) possible with up to four further
sleeping occasions.
In addition: kitchen with integrated sink, wall unit,
refrigerator, 2 hotplates, pots and equipment. Bar with racks, sink, refrigerator
7 bar chairs; a big dining tables (size: 98*148) with 8 chairs. Seat
corners with sofa for 3, and a couch for 2 persons, armchairs and marble table
(90*140). Sideboard. 34 ´ Sat-TV with many foreign digital channels. The
apartment is tiled with granite tiles and has a floor heating.

The room is separated from
the living room by a curtain, see photo Nr.3.
1 bath with toilet, wash-basin and
shower. The bath has an entrance both from the living room and as well as from
outside. The entrance from outside is of great importance in case that you
come from the sea ore the pool; the
apartment doesn`t get wet and dirty.
in addition:
1 exterior shower,
large terrace 65m2 with chairs, deckchairs and sunshades.
Sunbathing areas on further terraces around the pool (130m2) and on the
lawn. Stone grill (look at the photo in above), 7000 m garden with
palms, yuccas, marvelous situation, total silence.
